For custom or larger work, a quick consult comes first so the design is right before you commit. Small flash can often be a walk-in when the chair is free.
Once your design and date are agreed, a $200 deposit secures the booking. It is deducted from your final price, non-refundable if you cancel or no-show, and fully refunded if the artist cancels. You will get a design preview before the day, and a final say on the stencil before anything starts.
